2.Where is my order?
Due to the nature of our all-natural freshly made products, shipping may take anywhere from 3-5 business days once your payment has been processed. Business days do not include weekends nor holidays. Shipping rates in the United States are determined by the USPS which includes the entire package (products ordered, box for shipping, fees for handling). Shipping outside the U.S may be calculated by USPS First class Mail International, DHL, or FedEx. A confirmation e-mail including the tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provide to us.

Please verify that the e-mail address and the mailing address you provide is accurate upon placing your order. Kensli’s Love will not be responsible for any lost packages or any packages sent to the wrong address. In any case that the shipment is lost or stolen, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact the USPS and submit a claim.
3.I placed more than one order. Can you combine it?
No. We do not combine orders.

5.My tracking number says my item has delivered but I don't have it. Where is it? Please contact USPS by calling 800-275-8777 with your tracking number. A trace will be initiated and a representative will be in touch with you shortly on its conclusion.
